We are changing to the child development cooperative effective July 1, 2009.Please visit www.thechilddevelopmentcooperative.com for more information.
The Child Development Center is based on a concern for the developmental needs of each child. We are committed to nurturing each individual child and the growth of the whole child - physical, social, emotional, cognitive and spiritual. Our curriculum encourages children to explore, ask questions, to be creative, make choices, accept responsibility for those choices and do problem solving. Most importantly, we want to make learning interesting and fun! The program also will incorporate in its daily curriculum the Y's Character Development Program themes of responsibility, respect, honesty and caring. Learning each of these values is vital to the growth and development of children. |
